As HR Officer / Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end human resources operations, ensuring effective manpower management, compliance with UAE labor regulations, and seamless HR support to corporate and project teams.


Key Accountabilities
  • Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and practices in line with company standards and UAE labor law.
  • Handle end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, contracts, probation follow-up, employee records, and offboarding.
  • Coordinate recruitment activities in collaboration with hiring managers, including CV screening, interview scheduling, and offer preparation.
  • Manage employee documentation including contracts, renewals, personal files, and HR system updates.
  • Support payroll preparation by coordinating attendance, leaves, overtime, and employee data with finance.
  • Administer employee benefits, leaves, medical insurance, and end-of-service processes.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of HR databases, personnel records, and manpower reports.
  • Support performance management processes including appraisal cycles, confirmations, and promotions.
  • Handle employee relations matters, address queries, and support grievance handling in coordination with HR management.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor law, company policies, and internal controls.
  • Coordinate with PRO / Government Relations for visa processing, renewals, labor cards, Emirates ID, and related documentation.
  • Support training and development initiatives and maintain training records.
  • Prepare HR reports related to manpower, turnover, attendance, and compliance as required by management.
  • Coordinate closely with project sites and department heads to ensure timely HR support for site-based employees.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (mandatory); HR certifications are an advantage.
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in HR operations, preferably within construction, contracting, engineering, or project-based organizations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, and employee relations.
  • Solid knowledge of UAE Labor Law, HR compliance, and employment regulations.
  • Experience handling manpower for multiple sites and project-based workforces.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with PRO teams and government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP) is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in the UAE is mandatory; GCC exposure is an advantage.
  • Strong coordination skills with the ability to work closely with management, site teams, and external stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
