  • Support performance management activities, including tracking probation periods, performance reviews, and training needs.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives and company events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and prepare related reports for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations within the workplace.
