Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. 
- Prepare product reports and documentation
- Providing technical advice
- Experience at car maintenance 
- Responsible for new machines installation and levelling as per manufacturer requirements

- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via phone and chat
- Researching and reviewing the latest information and products of the company and reviewing the company's policy from time to time.
- Providing high-quality service that meets all customer needs and enhances their satisfaction level.

-Develop individual account strategies in support of the Distributor Sales Representatives’ (DSR) sales goals.

-Identify and quantify profit improvement opportunities with existing customers.

-Manage customer product technical complaints

-Identify and secure product upgrade opportunities.

-Act as technical resource for the distributor sales team in value added selling.

-Provide feedback on industry segment trends, product performance, equipment functions, etc., to the Distributor Management Team.

-Train sales staff and customers on lubrication fundamentals, basic product knowledge, applications and basic technical programs as per the distributor services offer.
