The candidate will have previous relevant experience in the hospitality industry, as F&B manager for a fine dining establishment and as Operations Manager of an upscale / boutique hotel.
- Directly manage and oversee day-to-day operations of all hotel departments including: restaurant & bar, front desk, facility management, and administrative / back office.
- Act as Food & Beverage manager and quality controller, ensuring that execution of both Front of House and Back of House work is carried out timely, accurately, and to the set standards.
- Ensure efficient budget management and cost control across hotel departments.
- Manage and maintain smooth booking management system to ensure maximum occupancy and profitability.
- Act as main guest interface and create an above-expectations guest experience.
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and other government entities.
- Hands-on planning, coordination and execution of all events hosted at the hotel.
- Lead commercial activities to drive room bookings and package sales.
- Manage recruitment and training of hotel and F&B staff on ad hoc and ongoing basis.
