Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams to resolve design for manufacturability (DFM) and cost optimization issues.
• Contribute to product improvement initiatives by examining performance data and recommending design changes.
• Assist in creating and maintaining project schedules, technical specifications, and compliance records.
• Participate in safety reviews, risk assessments, and adherence to regulatory standards relevant to the region.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field (جامعة / ليسانس).
• Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (متدرب) with a strong interest in mechanical design, analysis, and product development.
• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and basic CAD tools.
• Proficiency in solving technical problems with a methodical, detail-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workflow, and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and/or Arabic; willingness to learn and use region-specific standards.

Required Skills

• Computer-aided design (CAD) including 2D drafting and 3D modeling
• Basic knowledge of finite element analysis (FEA) and simulations is a plus
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, tolerances, and quality tooling
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
