  • Lead and oversee the electrical maintenance operations for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings within Al Rabat’s diverse portfolio.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and safety of all electrical systems.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex electrical issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation of critical infrastructure.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of electrical technicians, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, facility managers, and other engineering teams to plan and execute maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of electrical installations to ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and company standards.
  • Prepare detailed maintenance reports, documentation, and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in the commissioning and handover of new projects, ensuring all electrical systems are fully operational and compliant.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in electrical maintenance technologies and recommend upgrades or enhancements as needed.
