With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.<o:p></o:p><o:p></o:p></p>About the role<p><p >Point of contact for complex operational requests</p><p >24/7 availability for On call and Non Business hours planned activities</p><p >Managing the day-to-day activities of the team (Incident, Change, vulnerability , patch Audits)</p><p >Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.</p><p >Resources allocation and assignment of L2 expert per technology according to priority</p><p >Provide activity KPI per technical domain</p><p >Leading the skill management and knowledge sharing activities for the team</p><p >Ensure OPS offer processes are applied</p><p >Engage all stakeholders in periodical service review with L3, L2 offer referent, supplier, etc..</p><p >Contributes and ensures the contribution of the team to all improvement plan</p><p >Initiates and leads opportunities of continuous improvements</p><p >Provide technical RCA and follow up with all stakeholders</p><p >Ensure SWAN/Jira tickets follow up per offer</p></p></p>About you<p><p >Minimum 7 years of overall professional experience.</p><p >2-5 Years of experience in Cloud based application system</p><p >2-3 Years of experience leading teams of engineers and IT specialists</p><p >Computer, Communication or Electronics MIS, B.Sc. or B.Eng. Degree.</p><p >Soft-Skills / Business Courses & Certification (time management, negotiation/communication skills...).</p><p >Excellent understanding of systems technologies (operating systems, Hardware servers including blade/rack mounted servers, virtualization, storage, and backup).</p><p >Excellent understanding Network Architecture, Backup/ Restore, Storage Area Networks and Monitoring Solutions.</p><p >Excellent communication, facilitation and customer facing skills.</p><p >Very good understanding of systems related products (Microsoft Windows 2K/2K3/2K8/2K12, VMWare, NSX, VCD, DNS/DHCP, Linux, vBlock, NetApp, NetBackup, Veem backup, HP3PAR, Isilon, Bladelogic, Zerto).</p><p >Very good understanding of project management.</p><p >Very good technical reporting skills.</p><p >Certifications of MCSA and VCP is required, MCSE, MCITP, Citrix and Hyper-V are a plus.</p><p >Fluent English speaking.</p><p >Fluent French speaking is a very good plus.</p></p></p>
