The Work
 

As anSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP ECP solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their payroll requirements, configure SAP ECP to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. Your expertise in SAP ECP will be critical in delivering innovative payroll solutions that drive business success and enhance employee satisfaction.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.

  
  
  

• Payroll Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize payroll processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.

  
  
  

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze payroll requirements, providing innovative solutions to address complex payroll challenges.

  
  
  

• Integration Management: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP ECP with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Employee Central, Time Management) and third-party systems.
