Job Details

  • Administer and coordinate day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Support employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a positive workplace environment.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in HR databases and systems.
  • Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage attendance, leave requests, and timekeeping records in accordance with company policies.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data such as absences, bonuses, and leaves.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analytics for management review.
