Job Details

  • Supervise and lead the Service Advisors to ensure efficient and professional workshop operations.
  • Oversee daily Service Center   activities, including dignostics, communicting the overall price with customer and managing the spare parts preparation and/or procurement as per vehicle needs
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures for the reception area to enhance service quality.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing coaching, training, and feedback as needed.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with other departments to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer logs, appointments, and customer interactions.
  • Ensure the reception area is always presentable, organized, and equipped with necessary materials.
  • Prepare regular reports on reception operations, customer feedback, and team performance.
  • Promote a positive and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the company’s values and service standards.
