Key Responsibilities:
-Managing fit-out and finishing works for shops and villas
-Coordinating efficiently with MEP Departments to ensure smooth execution
-Organizing, sequencing, and coordinating finishing work items
-Understanding BOQ items and translating them into executable work packages
-Preparing work schedules and timelines for project delivery
-Preparing purchase requests and identifying required materials
-Selecting finishing materials in line with project requirements
-dentifying, coordinating, and managing subcontractors and craftsmen
-Following up on site progress to ensure quality and timely delivery
