- Assume full ownership and accountability for the Archive Hub operations, performance, and compliance.
- Develop, implement, and maintain archiving policies, procedures, and workflows in line with company and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the receipt, classification, labeling, storage, indexing, and retrieval of archived items.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of archived shipment records.
- Manage and lead the Archive Hub team, including task allocation, performance monitoring, coaching, and development.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives, including digitization where applicable.
- Ensure business continuity and operational readiness of the archive hub at all times.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Accounting major / background is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations. Including a minimum of 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of logistics compliance.
