Project-Based Duties:

• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project requirements and prepare technical reports.
• Lead the planning and deployment of network and cybersecurity solutions on client sites.
• Coordinate with the Projects Department to align technical delivery with client expectations.
• Supervise and support technician teams during installation, configuration, and testing phases.
• Ensure all work complies with project specifications, timelines, and quality standards.

Network & Cybersecurity Engineering:

• Design and configure secure LAN/WAN architectures, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems.
• Implement cybersecurity tools including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and SIEM.
• Monitor systems and respond to threats, vulnerabilities, and incidents.
• Maintain network documentation, configurations, and change logs.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and post-installation validation.
• Install, configure, and maintain VoIP solutions to ensure reliable communication services.
• Manage and support low current systems (structured cabling, access control, and related infrastructure).
• Deploy, configure, and maintain CCTV / surveillance camera systems to support security operations.
• Perform any other duties related to the role as assigned by management.
