  • Lead and supervise the technical office team for major landscape projects, ensuring all deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation for landscape works.
  • Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and external consultants to ensure seamless integration of landscape designs with overall project requirements.
  • Develop and implement technical procedures, standards, and best practices for landscape engineering and construction.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and procurement processes related to landscape materials and equipment.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to address technical queries and obtain necessary approvals for landscape works.
  • Review and validate as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, and project close-out documentation.
  • Identify opportunities for value engineering and cost optimization without compromising quality or design intent.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
