Job Descriptioni SON Xperiences is hiring a Spanish Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment cycle and thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Achieve and exceed unlimited KPIsMaintain accurate candidate records and reports
Requirements Spanish language proficiency ( C1 solid level ) Ability to work under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills Target-driven mindset Recruitment experience is a plus
