Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an English Customer Support Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt. Responsibilities include assisting customers, delivering exceptional service, troubleshooting customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and resolving inquiries promptly and professionally. The role requires effective communication and a customer-first mindset to provide a seamless support experience.
Qualifications Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries and foster trust. Proficiency in achieving Customer Satisfaction and addressing concerns effectively. Excellent Communication skills, with fluency in English, to convey information clearly and empathetically. Good Troubleshooting abilities to resolve technical or service-related issues efficiently. Ability to work onsite in Cairo, Egypt, and commit to a full-time schedule. Adaptability, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to customer interactions. Previous experience in the customer service field is an asset.
