Job Overview
Icon Creations is seeking a Social Media Manager with strong agency experience to lead content direction and strategy across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate is a creative, trend-driven thinker who can translate brand objectives into engaging stories while managing client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with client goals and brand positioning.
Build monthly content calendars, campaign concepts, and storytelling frameworks.
Stay updated on social trends, formats, and platform developments.
Creative Direction
Lead the creative vision for posts, stories, carousels, short videos, and other content.
Collaborate closely with designers, videographers, copywriters, and motion teams.
Review and approve content to ensure creativity, brand tone, and quality consistency.
Account & Client Management
Manage multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
Present ideas, campaigns, and reports to clients professionally.
Act as the main point of contact for social deliverables.
Analyze insights and adjust content and strategies accordingly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
A minimum 5 years of experience is needed and that more experience is preferred
Strong portfolio showcasing creative campaigns and content concepts.
Excellent storytelling, visual sense, and trend awareness.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
