Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Cairo. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries efficiently, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also involves effectively managing customer communications and addressing concerns in a professional manner.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering outstanding Customer Satisfaction Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and ensuring customer retention Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills High school diploma or equivalent education; further qualifications in related fields are advantageous
