The CEO Office Manager will support the CEO and C-level executives by managing strategic and operational projects, coordinating cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring effective execution, follow-up, and communication across the organization.
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities - Manage and coordinate projects assigned by the CEO, from planning to execution and reporting
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and C-level executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones, ensuring deadlines are met
- Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for the CEO and executive committee
- Assign tasks to relevant stakeholders and follow up on progress and outcomes
- Organize executive meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-ups
- Support strategic initiatives and special projects led by the CEO’s office
- Ensure alignment between executive decisions and operational execution
- Professionally use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Management, or related field
- Project Management certification or degree (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in project management, PMO, or managing cross-functional projects
- Previous experience working closely with CEO, C-suite, or senior leadership is mandatory
- Experience in assigning tasks, tracking execution, and reporting to senior stakeholders
- Strong project planning, organization, and follow-up skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good to very good English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
