Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled, tech-savvy, and fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for US customers, handling after-sales inquiries, technical troubleshooting, and providing general support via phone, online chat, and email.


 

Key Responsibilities

Omnichannel Support: Handle incoming/outgoing calls, respond to online chats, and manage email tickets with professional etiquette.


 

Technical Troubleshooting: Assist customers with product setup, usage issues, and technical problems. You must be able to simplify complex information.


 

Problem Solving: Actively listen to customer concerns and provide efficient, empathetic solutions to ensure high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores.


 

Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions and feedback into our CRM system.


 

Requirements (Strict)

Language Proficiency: Near-native level English proficiency (spoken and written). You must have clear pronunciation and excellent listening comprehension to communicate effectively with US customers.


 

Equipment Requirements: You must have a laptop computer.


 

Work Environment: * Internet: Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection (fiber/VDSL).


 

Power: Due to local conditions, you must have a reliable backup power solution (UPS or laptop with long battery life + mobile data hotspot) to ensure zero downtime.


 

Punctuality: Excellent time management skills. We have a zero-tolerance policy for frequent tardiness or unexcused absences.


 

Technical Skills: Ability to quickly learn new software; experience with Zendesk or similar CRM tools is a plus.


 

Experience: Excellent English speaking and listening skills, strong communication skills, and good comprehension are preferred. Working Hours and Shifts

Work Schedule: Fixed 5 days a week (2 fixed days off, rest days are scheduled according to project requirements). Working Hours: 9 consecutive hours (8 hours of work + 1 hour of break).


 

Time Zone: Aligned with US Standard Time (EST/PST). For applicants residing in Egypt, this is a fixed night shift.
