- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with integrity.Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.Experience in the healthcare or dental sector is an advantage.
