Ensures proper Technical aspects are coordinated
Ensures proper Documentation standards
Ensures proper Communication process
Ensures Project Costs are within budget
Ensures Projects Schedule vs. Actual
Overall site quality
Overall site safety
Overall site layout and cleanliness
Oversees Project Managers
Communicates management issues with Owner / Consultant
Coordinates Subcontractor Contracts with management
Coordinates Quality & Safety with management
Reviews and delivers monthly reports to management
Oversees company projects management success
