Role Overview The Marketplace Operations Executive supports the day-to-day operations of the marketplace, ensuring sellers follow operational processes and meet performance standards. The role focuses on execution, seller support, and process adherence, while contributing to continuous operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities Support daily marketplace operations across seller onboarding, activation, catalog readiness, and post-order processes. Act as a first point of contact for sellers on operational queries and process guidance. Monitor seller performance against SLAs and operational KPIs, and flag risks or issues to the Marketplace Ops Manager. Support post-order issue resolution in coordination with CX and Logistics teams. Assist in seller onboarding and enablement by explaining processes, policies, and tools. Support updates to seller training materials, guides, and knowledge base content. Ensure seller-facing documentation is accurate and aligned with current processes. Maintain operational tracking and basic reporting as required.
Requirements1–3 years of experience in operations, customer support, seller support, or e-commerce roles. Good understanding of structured processes and operational workflows. Strong communication skills (English is a MUST & Arabic). Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with dashboards, tickets, and operational tools. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
Nice to Have Experience working with sellers, merchants, or partners. Exposure to SOPs, training materials, or knowledge base tools. Previous experience in marketplace or e-commerce companies
