Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Nozha for a Senior Software Business Analyst. The Senior Software Business Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements, create functional specifications, and collaborate with stakeholders to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. The role involves ensuring effective communication between technical teams and business units, and supporting the implementation and testing of software solutions that align with the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills and a proven ability to evaluate and interpret complex data. Expertise in Business Analysis, including creating and managing detailed business requirements and functional specifications. Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder collaboration and reporting. In-depth understanding of Business Processes and the ability to recommend enhancements or optimization strategies. Experience in technical integration and working closely with software development teams is highly desirable. Proficiency with project management and business analysis tools is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the technology or digital transformation fields.
