Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Technical Support Agents/Customer Service representatives located in Cairo. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties include providing support via various communication channels, troubleshooting technical problems, analyzing customer needs, and delivering effective solutions promptly.

Qualifications

Expertise in Customer Support and a strong commitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction Proven ability in Technical Support and proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues Strong Analytical Skills to assess and resolve customer needs efficiently Effective communication skills and the ability to provide excellent service Adaptability to a fast-paced, on-site work environment Previous experience in a similar customer service or technical support role is preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Fluent in English (B2-C1)
