Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt, for a Chat Support representative for our English account under the E&UAE domain. The role involves providing high-quality customer support through chat by addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring a positive user experience. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, providing technical support, and maintaining clear and efficient communication with customers.
