Role Description We are seeking a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant to join our team in Cairo. The Travel Consultant will be responsible for planning and organizing travel arrangements, booking reservations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include managing itineraries, coordinating travel details, communicating with clients, and addressing their specific travel needs.
Qualifications Experience with Travel Consulting and Travel Management Proficiency in organizing Travel Arrangements and Reservations Strong Customer Service skills to ensure high client satisfaction Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail Knowledge of the travel industry and familiarity with relevant software is a plus Flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines Prior experience in domestic, incoming, or outgoing travel services is advantageous
