Job Details

BeOn is seeking a qualified Customer Support Representative to provide professional support to customers after purchasing the company’s software solutions. The role involves following up with clients during the service activation phase, supporting them throughout the active service period, and delivering effective after-sales support to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

-Follow up with customers after purchase to ensure successful service activation.
-Provide continuous support to customers during the active service period.
-Respond to customer inquiries related to software usage and services.
-Handle and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
-Provide after-sales support and maintain ongoing communication with clients.
-Escalate technical issues to the relevant teams and follow up until resolution.
-Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.

Qualifications & Requirements:

-0–1 year of experience in Customer Support, preferably in a software or technology company.
-Satrong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with software systems.
-Ability to work professionally with customers and internal teams.


Branch: Nasr City
Days off: Friday and Saturday
