Job Overview We are urgently hiring English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our New Cairo team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries over the phone, deliver professional support, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and handling inquiries professionally and empathetically Experience in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and driving positive Customer Experience through excellent communication and problem-solving Proficiency in English (level B2/C1) to handle interactions with English-speaking customers Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to diverse customer needs A degree or equivalent education is preferred, but relevant customer service experience will be considered Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
Compensation & Benefits Net Salary: 18,000 EGP per month (including KPIs) Upselling Incentives: Earn up to $60 per sale Overtime Payment: $5 per hour Overnight Allowance: 90 EGP per hour for shifts starting after 6:00 PMTransportation: Provided across Cairo & Giza (door-to-door after 11:00 PM) Additional Benefits:Medical & social insurance Gym membership access Exclusive retail discounts Career Growth: Promotion and internal transfer opportunities after 6 months
