We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven FB&A Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and deliver accurate financial projections. Analyze financial results, variances, and trends, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations to senior management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect relevant data and ensure efficient and effective financial planning processes. Conduct detailed financial analysis, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement. Identify and evaluate potential risks and opportunities through scenario and sensitivity analysis using advanced financial techniques. Prepare timely and comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management, investors, and key stakeholders. Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting cycles, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business objectives. Monitor financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and corrective recommendations. Support decision-making related to capital investments, cost optimization, and resource allocation. Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact financial planning and analysis.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a managerial or leadership role. Strong expertise in financial analysis tools and methodologies, including scenario analysis, sensitivity analysis, and valuation techniques. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong experience with financial software and ERP systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
