For a multinational company, a “Customer Support Representative” is urgently needed:
Responsibilities :
Responsible for providing answers to customers queries related to Company’s services. Manage interaction with customers on a daily basis and providing the correct information and solutions to help to improve the customer experience. Answer E-mails and respond to live chats in an efficient manner. Identify customer questions, concerns, and overall needs. Provide accurate answers and solutions to customer queries Giving detailed explanations of services
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree1 year experience in a similar role Fluent English speaking and writing is a must. Computer literate. Flexibility with rotational working hours/days
