Job Purpose Responsible for managing and optimizing daily B2B transportation operations to ensure reliable service delivery, cost efficiency, and full SLA compliance.
The role supports planning, execution, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement while acting as a key point of coordination between clients, drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities: Manage daily B2B transportation operations to ensure on-time performance and service quality.
Plan and optimize routes, shifts, fleet allocation, and capacity based on client demand.
Monitor operational execution, handle incidents and escalations, and ensure quick resolution.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs, safety standards, and company policies.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational and performance reports.
Coordinate with on-ground teams, control rooms, drivers, and security teams.
Support client meetings, visits, audits, and operational reviews.
Identify operational gaps and drive process improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in corporate transportation, mobility, or ride-hailing operations is preferred.
2–4 years of experience in transportation, logistics, fleet, or B2B operations.
Strong knowledge of route planning, capacity planning, and operational execution.
Experience working with SLAs, KPIs, and client-facing operations.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and operational reporting with basic data analysis.
