Role Summary and ImpactWe are seeking a Full-Stack SEO Engineer / Technical SEO Developer to join our SEO department in Cairo. This senior executive-level role reports directly to the SEO Manager and is ideal for someone with hands-on experience implementing technical SEO at scale across multiple client websites and web applications.
You will partner with SEO strategists, analytics, and engineering stakeholders to turn recommendations into shipped improvements covering crawling and indexation, performance, structured data, rendering, and measurement. You will work across a variety of CMS and tech stacks, including Drupal, ASP.NET environments, React.js front-ends (e.g., Next.js), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring SEO requirements are implemented consistently and at scale.
- Implement and maintain technical SEO solutions across client websites and web apps (crawlability, indexation, internal linking, canonicals, hreflang, redirects, pagination, faceted navigation).
- Build and optimize front-end and back-end features with SEO considerations (routing, templates, metadata systems, internationalization).
- Improve site performance and Core Web Vitals (INP, LCP, CLS) through code-level optimizations (bundling, caching, CDNs, image strategies, SSR/CSR decisions).
- Implement SEO enhancements across different CMS and stacks including Drupal, ASP.NET, React.js (SSR/SPA), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Develop and maintain SEO automation scripts and pipelines for audits, monitoring, and reporting (Python/Node), including data pulls from GSC/GA4 and crawl tools.
- Implement structured data (JSON-LD) at scale and validate integrity (entity consistency, rich results eligibility).
- Support technical audits and execute fixes with clear QA, release tracking, and post-deployment verification.
- Collaborate with developers and platform owners to embed SEO requirements into templates, components, routing, and publishing workflows.
- Monitor SEO KPIs, contribute to insights, and troubleshoot ranking and traffic issues using root-cause analysis.
- Leverage AI-powered SEO tools and automation workflows to streamline testing, documentation, and decision-making.
- Stay current with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging web technologies.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical SEO implementation (agency or multi-site environment is a plus).
- Strong full-stack development skills using a mix of JavaScript/TypeScript, Python and/or Node.js, and modern web frameworks.
- Practical understanding of crawling and indexation, site architecture, international SEO, redirects, canonicalization, pagination, internal linking, and faceted navigation.
- Experience improving performance and Core Web Vitals, including caching strategies, asset optimization, and image and video delivery.
- Experience implementing and validating structured data (JSON-LD) and maintaining scalable metadata systems.
- Familiarity working across multiple CMS and frameworks, including Drupal, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ASP.NET-based platforms, and React.js (including SSR/SPA rendering considerations).
- Strong debugging and QA skills (Chrome DevTools, server logs, crawler outputs, rendering checks).
Nice to Have- Experience with SSR/SSG frameworks (e.g., Next.js) and understanding rendering implications for SEO.
- Experience delivering SEO in enterprise setups (e.g., AEM, multi-site architectures) and modern web apps (React/Next.js), including performance trade-offs.
- Familiarity with cloud and DevOps basics: Git, CI/CD, CDNs, caching headers, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with SEO tooling such as Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, JetOctopus, Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Exposure to AI-driven SEO platforms and automation tools for auditing, reporting, or content optimization.
