Job Purpose The Front Desk Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers at our facility.
The role requires an individual with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to efficiently handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for visitors managing customer coding, updating customers' data, assisting customers with inquiries, making reports, and ensuring the front office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information to customers regarding general inquiries.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it is organized, welcoming, and reflects the professionalism of the company.
Maintain an up-to-date customer database, ensuring all relevant information is logged accurately.
Keep the front desk area clean and neat Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
Previous experience in front desk, administrative support, or customer service is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
