What you’ll do

  • Own the day-to-day product delivery of lending systems and features in line with the lending products roadmap, business strategy and priorities.

  • Lead on gathering requirements from internal stakeholders (Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Customer Care, Commercial) and translate them into clear, actionable workflows and deliverables.

  • Lead alignment sessions with Platform teams and relevant squads to ensure requirements are understood, planned, and delivered with minimal rework.

  • Manage ongoing engagement with the external vendors, ensuring agreed customer journeys and internal processes are implemented as designed.

  • Ensure end-to-end readiness for key journeys including digital onboarding (external integrations), approvals, retail/e-commerce purchasing, repayments (on-app/off-app), refunds/chargebacks, and exception handling.

  • Support delivery governance across releases: scope control, progress tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder reporting.

  • Partners with internal departments (Ops, Finance, customer care, risk, etc.) to ensure operational tools, reconciliation processes, and reporting requirements are supported



Who you are

  • Good Banking/ Fintech hands on experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, Internal & External Stakeholders management, communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Mobile Payments Eco system, Fintech market landscape, competitive environment and internal structure/processes.

  • Good Problem solving, crisis management and change Management Skills
