Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage day-to-day operations of online sales through the company website and marketplaces
  • Ensure all online channels are running smoothly with accurate data and availability
  • Execute sales plans and instructions set by the E-Commerce Manager
  • Upload, update, and maintain product listings across all platforms
  • Ensure accuracy of product information (titles, descriptions, prices, images)
  • Maintain consistency of product data across website and marketplaces
  • Suggest improvements for product performance and presentation
  • Order Management & Coordination
  • Monitor and follow up on all online orders
  • Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams
  • Ensure timely order processing and delivery
  • Identify and resolve operational issues related to orders
  • Manage seller accounts and dashboards on Amazon, Noon, and similar platforms
  • Follow up on platform policies, commissions, and system alerts
  • Create and manage promotions and offers
  • Monitor seller ratings, reviews, and customer feedback
  • Implement basic SEO recommendations on product pages
  • Upload SEO-optimized content and product descriptions
  • Coordinate with content writers or outsourced agencies when needed
