Job Summary:

AME is hiring Sales Engineers (Racking Systems) to support our growing operations in Cairo. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of material handling and storage solutions, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and providing exceptional technical expertise to clients. This role requires a strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the racking systems market.
• Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Develop and implement sales plans and channels to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients.
• Conduct thorough site surveys and needs assessments to determine optimal racking solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments.
• Provide expert technical guidance to clients on racking system design, selection, and implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.
• Address client technical inquiries and resolve any issues related to racking systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales and project lifecycle.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
