Outbound Sales & Outreach Specialist (Commercial Real Estate)

Position Type: Call Center Agent – Outbound Sales

Role Summary

DC Real Property, LLC is seeking a reliable and results-driven Outbound Sales & Outreach Specialist to support brokerage growth through structured outbound calling. This role focuses exclusively on dialing provided call lists, qualifying prospects, and setting sales appointments for the Principal Broker.

The Outreach Specialist does not negotiate deals, quote pricing, or provide brokerage services. Performance is measured strictly by appointment volume, quality, and show rate.

All call lists, scripts, messaging, and target profiles are provided.

Primary Responsibilities

Outbound Calling & Prospecting

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls using provided lists.
  • Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural, professional tone.
  • Reach property owners, investors, and decision-makers.
  • Handle gatekeepers and voicemail strategies effectively.

Appointment Setting

  • Qualify prospects based on provided criteria.
  • Schedule sales appointments for the Principal Broker.
  • Confirm appointments via phone, text, or email as instructed.
  • Maintain accurate calendar coordination.

CRM & Reporting

  • Log all call activity, notes, and outcomes accurately in the CRM.
  • Track daily call volume, conversations, and appointments set.
  • Flag high-value or time-sensitive prospects.

Professional Standards

  • Represent DC Real Property, LLC professionally at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary call lists and outreach strategies.
  • Operate strictly within the assigned scope (no deal discussions).

Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Daily outbound call volume.
  • Meaningful conversations.
  • Qualified appointments set per week and per month.
  • Appointment show rate.
  • CRM accuracy and compliance.

Compensation Structure

Base Compensation

Performance-Based Bonuses (Appointment-Based)

  • 10 qualified appointments: $250 bonus
  • 15 qualified appointments: $500 bonus
  • 20 qualified appointments: $1,000 bonus
  • 25+ qualified appointments: $1,500 bonus

A qualified appointment is defined as a completed meeting with a verified decision-maker that meets pre-set criteria.

Schedule

  • Fully remote / off-site.
  • Core calling hours: To be defined.
  • Flexible scheduling based on performance.
