Moderator (Female)

Job Description

  • Respond to customers’ messages and comments on social media.
  • Confirm orders by phone and provide assistance when needed.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the operations team regarding orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with customers.

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site in New Cairo.
  • Female candidates only.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Good command of English.
  • Basic computer and typing skills.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and attention to detail.
