Customer Care Specialist ( Class Mentor ) :
What You’ll DoFollow company SOPs to deliver high-quality consultation and support services to students ????Monitor teaching quality and provide timely, constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement and better learning outcomes ????Support students throughout their learning journey by identifying challenges and offering tailored solutions ????✨Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized learning plans and progress recommendations ????Enhance customer satisfaction and encourage referrals through proactive engagement and excellent service ????Track and analyze student learning data to identify areas for improvement and propose actionable plans to boost learning effectiveness ????
Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above ????Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, or a related customer-facing role ????Passion for education and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences ????Fluent in English ( B2 level or above required) ????Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a cheerful, approachable, and professional personality ????
