We are looking for a Showroom Supervisor to join our growing kitchen decoration company in Miami, Alexandria.
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Rotational Shifts
Compensation: Fixed Salary + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily showroom operations and ensuring a professional appearance at all times
Welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and presenting kitchen design solutions
Following up with potential clients and converting leads into sales
Coordinating with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth order processing
Achieving monthly sales targets and contributing to overall showroom performance
Preparing basic reports and updates for management
Requirements:
Previous experience in showroom management, sales, or retail (preferably in kitchens, furniture, or interior design)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
Ability to work rotational shifts
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in English is a plus
