Title: Business Development Specialist
Scope of position: The Business Development Specialist will conduct market research, identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients.communicating with potential and existing clients regarding the business's services, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.- Achieve sales targets through effective business development strategies.- Advising clients with suitable programs depends on TNA.- Communicate and follow up with potential and existing clients about our services.- Negotiate proposals, meet clients, and successfully close deals to drive business.- Account Manager for excited clients, handling full training journey with them.- Placement and allocate trainers on the calendar.- Coordinating with LD team in case of update of customization for the training Materials.- Responsible for partnerships and contributions with entities.- Follow up and coordinating all training materials, activities, tools, needed printings for training.- Responsible for Training’s logistics and coordination.- Evaluate the training process, trainer and the general feedback and comments of the clients and develop the needed one.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or related field.2–5 years of experience in business development, training coordination, or account management. Strong communication, sales, and negotiation skills. Experience with TNA and client-focused solutions. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM knowledge is a plus. Fluent in English and Arabic. Willingness to attend client meetings and training sessions.
