Overview Rehabitaire is a digital physiotherapy and rehabilitation platform currently in active development, focused on improving how rehabilitation programs are designed, delivered, and followed up.
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager / Product Owner with 5+ years of experience to take strong ownership of product design, MVP validation, and delivery. This is a hands-on, design-led role with direct involvement in usability testing, product launch, and iteration.
You will work closely with the founder, UX/UI designers, engineers, and physiotherapists to ensure the product is both clinically relevant and genuinely usable.
Responsibilities Lead product design, MVP validation, launch, and ongoing iteration of Rehabitaire, using real user feedback to evolve the product beyond the initial release. Own product management and Product Owner responsibilities in an agile / Scrum environment, including backlog ownership, prioritization, and translating product decisions into clear work for the team. Work closely with physiotherapists and other domain experts to ensure the product reflects real clinical workflows and practical rehabilitation needs. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to co-design user experiences and ensure design intent is preserved through implementation. Partner day-to-day with the development team to clarify product intent, resolve trade-offs, and support efficient delivery.
Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner Proven experience owning a product backlog in an agile / Scrum setup Experience taking products from concept to MVP and early iterations Hands-on experience with usability testing and user validation Strong communication, structured thinking, and decision-making skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving, product-led environment
Nice to have Experience in digital health, rehabilitation, or wellness Interest in fitness, sports, or human movement Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Notion, Jira, or similar
