Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Representative, based in Cairo, Egypt, with some flexibility for remote work. In this role, you will be responsible for selling insurance products and services to new and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting customized insurance solutions, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with a team to support the company's mission of delivering exceptional value to customers.

Qualifications

Experience in Insurance Sales and Sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals Strong Customer Service skills to build and maintain long-term client relationships Working knowledge of Insurance and Insurance Brokerage to provide accurate guidance to clients Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
