Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Manage emails, organize correspondence, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.⦁ Schedule and coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain accurate records.⦁ Draft, proofread, and format reports, presentations, and other documents.⦁ Standardize offer letter templates by role type to reduce errors and turnaround time⦁ Assist with electronic health record tasks, including: ⦁ Data Maintenance: Perform visit status changes, merge charts, resolve facility mismatches, and maintain accurate patient records.⦁ Maintain and organize EHR-related emails for timely follow-up and compliance.⦁ Support staff in navigating EHR systems and troubleshooting basic issues.⦁ Provide onboarding support for new staff, including orientation on administrative processes and EHR usage.⦁ Help track progress on administrative projects, organize information, and ensure deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
⦁ Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant.⦁ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point) and Microsoft Teams.⦁ English level : B2/C1 is a must.⦁ Excellent organizational and time-management skills.⦁ Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.⦁ Emphasize attention to detail to prevent errors⦁ Require fast and accurate typing skills for data entry ⦁ Highlight the importance of following directions precisely to ensure compliance and consistency
