Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Technical Team Leader, based in Cairo, Egypt. The role involves managing and guiding a technical team, overseeing the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions. Responsibilities include leading project planning and implementation, troubleshooting technical challenges, ensuring timely project completion, and mentoring team members. The Technical Team Leader will serve as a liaison between the technical team and other departments to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Strong leadership, team management, and project planning skills Expertise in software development, system design, and technical troubleshooting Proficiency with programming languages, tools, and technologies relevant to the role Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical-thinking abilities Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English Experience in records or data management is a plus Relevant academic qualifications in computer science, engineering, or a related field
