Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist based in Nasr City. The Customer Service Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional service to enhance the customer experience. The role involves maintaining professionalism, managing communications effectively, and fostering positive customer relationships through excellent phone etiquette and service delivery.
Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Service, and maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction Strong skills in Customer Experience management and fostering positive client interactions Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication abilities Effective problem-solving and conflict resolution skills Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site setting Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage Proficiency in relevant CRM software is a plus
