Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Consultant, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Consultant will handle day-to-day interactions with clients to provide quality customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include addressing inquiries, resolving issues, enhancing the customer experience, and maintaining professional communication standards while managing client relationships effectively.
