Role Description We are looking for a full-time, remote Dev Ops Engineer to join our team. The Dev Ops Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing infrastructure as code (IaC) solutions, developing and maintaining software tools, managing continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and ensuring robust system administration practices with a focus on Linux-based environments. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline development workflows, improve system reliability, and implement scalable solutions aligned with OPSERA’s mission of enabling secure and future-ready platforms.
Qualifications Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Formation to build and manage infrastructure efficiently. Strong experience in Software Development, including proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or similar. Hands-on expertise in Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools like Jenkins, Git Lab CI/CD, or Circle CI. Extensive knowledge of System Administration and Linux-based systems, including server setup, automation, and monitoring. Understanding of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for building scalable, multi-cloud infrastructures is a significant plus. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization tools is a bonus. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
