Role Description This is a full-time Customer Service Specialist role located on-site in New Cairo. The role involves providing top-notch customer support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining excellent communication over the phone and in person. Daily tasks include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service, with a proactive approach to resolving inquiries and concerns. Proficiency in ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction and enhancing overall Customer Experience. Exceptional Phone Etiquette and communication skills, essential for effective client interactions. Ability to manage time effectively, work collaboratively, and stay organized under pressure. Prior experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage. Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are a plus.
